We lived next door to uncle Bobby. He seemed like an ok guy back then. God only knows what could make someone kill. I pray for BOTH their families. Hi Gene

I am a personal friend of Susans and I hope that they charge his sister and brother, due to they knew about it from the beginning. I will be in court on Dec. 6th, to represent my friends memory and he will pay. As well as his family.

If you don't know for sure that they helped you shouldn't talk the smack. He was wrong if he did it. After all it is innocent until proven guilty....right???

DID YOU READ WHAT HIS SISTER SAID TO THE PRESS???
Did you just come to this thread to talk smack?
yes, he was wrong..you are right..his sister was wrong for not reporting that arguement, and the all of the sudden silence and the next day he needed the carpet cleaner in his apartment..

as I said, I hope they hold them accountable for what they did not do to help the family and police.

I shortened the name just for those that complained. I did not come to the thread to talk smack by far. If you would have been following the story or maybe know the family you would know that his sister lived a few houses down. So how would she have been able to hear the commotion??? She only found out about it from the police and happened to mention it during the interview on TV. And as for some of the peopel that think the brother is his sister's husband. Not the case. The brother is his brother, not brother in-law. He has been cooperating with police fully. So with all that said. Maybe, just maybe neither one of them knew about any of this until it started to come out. And my question is why the heck didn't the neighbor downstairs call the police. Or maybe you all are used to neighbors fighting on that side of town. All of this is bullxxxx to me. Everyone running their mouth about this and that. Remember, not only is Susan and her family victims but Marvin's family is also. Why should they have to pay for what he may or may not have done. Anyone think of that???

It is hard to understand you agument. Here is a quote from Marvin Snyders sister "Donna says Marvin was with her and they went to his apartment where the two fought.

“There was a big argument and then it got quiet. Then the next day my brother went over to my younger brother's house and asked to use his carpet cleaner, and my brother went over with him to show him how to do it. I asked him did you see any blood on floor, and he said no-- it was just dirty carpet,” says Donna Payne.

As soon as Susan came up missing the sister should have called the police and told them about the argument and the c.arpet cleaner.

Forget what the quote says. What I am saying and know for sure is that Donna didn't know about the argument (she wasn't with either of them that night and lived a few hosues down) nor did she know about the carpet cleaner until the police were already involved. Please keep in mind that Donna is the only one in Marvin's family talking to the press or news. Does anyone wonder why that is??? Maybe because she wanted to be in the spotlight even though she doesn't have a f-ing clue what is going on with this case more or less her own life.
So I'll go back to my original statement about the sister and brother not knowing about this until after the police were already involved. And the brother fully cooperating with the police on EVERYTHING they ask.

You say in your response that Donna is the only one in Bobbys family that is talking to the press and the news, yet at the end of your response you say that Gene is fully cooperating with the poice in everything they ask. So is he talking to the police or not?!!!! I agree with Emma on her response. They BOTH knew was going on from the very beginning!!! Besides what the hell do you know? You live in NJ!!!

Sorry I seen and heard her make the statement with my own eyes and ears. All I am saying is she should have came forward with the info and I truely beleive she knew this before the police told her anything. The police wouldn't let her in on the Evidence the have. They just don't do that. Just my opinion.

What was a mother of 5 doing hanging out in Konkles half the night. Where did she trade her food stamps for cash to drink in a bar. Why did it take 3 days for her kids to report her missing? Was this normal for her to be gone 2-3 days at a time? Now we will have 5 kids getting S.S. How can your kids get S.S. if you don't work? Dam, no wonder why we're taxed to death.

FYI...she was at Konkles about a half an hour. It was the police that took 3 days to report it to the public. You sound like a total idiot. It must be nice to live in a perfect world like you.
