Is that $3,000 in real money or is it just going to be filled with brown people using Obamabucks (aka EBT)?

I'm sure it appeals to some, but it doesn't do a whole lot for me.

There are quite a few dog owners living downtown. Why anyone would want to do that to an animal is beyond me, but they do.

The building has a myriad of structural problems, lawsuits with developer, contractors, and residents. The developer was a formal international fugitive and paid unspecified amount to have criminal fraud charges dropped and his attorney who represents this condo development was just found guilty of contempt of court and violated the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. Nice Christian Reformed developer lol

Not to be disrespectful but i alway's preferred Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids, much more cosmopolitan and modern thinking....likely due to all the Colleges. Even there the downtown area is no real upgrade....I've alway's loved Michigan, but i think it's the farms and the nature of it....Dad's folks were from Battle Creek, and my memory was of the grain cooking smells there...lol...Still miss fall like hell, though....

WOW!
At least, you can look out your window every night and watch a live episode of "Cops".
