By News 8 preempting the National News with this, clearly shows that they are totally bias towards the Democratic party, and as such, totally incapable of remaining neutral an fair when reporting about anything political.

Shame on you News 8 !!

How much did the Democratics pay for this??

I understand your interest in Obama and Edwards coming to GR, but during the local news you said the speech would by on WXSP. Why then, just because he started to talk early, did you interupt the National News on channel 8? If I wanted to watch his speech, I would have changed the station. There are other things going on in the world besides this.

All you nay-sayers and dooms-dayers are just what is wrong with this country. At least Barack gives HOPE. Stop whining and proselytizing about gloom and doom. Do you have no hope for the future of this great country? Are you going to just roll over and let the powers that be further screw everything that's left up? I finally feel good about the future of America. Maybe everything won't be fixed right away. Remember the great GW screwed everything up pretty bad and he's a tough act to clean up after.Yeah, yeah, the next brilliant poster will say 'don't believe what you hear, stop acting like sheep blah, blah, blah'. Well, We all need something to believe in and the status quo ain't it! GO BARACK GO AND TAKE EDWARDS AS YOUR RUNNING MATE! A better dream team there never was.

Obama talks about hope, but his view of America is negative. Socialism is immoral. Obama is a socialist. WOOD TV would have given the same coverage to McCain, though.

Surprize no Republican coverage - there's not much to report. I for one was soooo happy it was covered. My cable is out - count me as poor citizen who can't afford that extra.
John and Barry are a great match! Poor Hillary has hopefully now been scratched from any vp slot (I've grown tired of her). I am so glad for an optimistic view to be broadcast and HELLO Michigan we are honored and deserving. Bout time to feel good about the future and it's possibilities.

Actually no they don't they would rather see this country sucked down the drain while a Republican is in office rather than have it thrive with a Democrat in office.

Capitalism is immoral. The form of Capitalism pursued now anyway. This Capitalism thrives on people who make less and have a difficult time providing the most basic needs of life. It's called starvation forced labor to keep costs down and profits up. Anything for profit. The Capitalist will sell you the very rope meant to hang them with for a profit.

Socialism just isn't immoral.
