Why did you econuts coin the term and then use it every chance you got?
It's you idiots fault it's called 'global warming', it's more like 'gorebull warming'.
For hating capitalism, ecoterrorists like al mediawhore sure doesn't mind cashing in on 'gorebull warming'.
As for me not posting links, what good would it do? Anything I would post is automatically considered ignorant by virtue that you don't agree with it.
Arguing with a liberal is a meaningless endeavor because you all suffer from the mania of liberalism.
I didn't "coin the term" and don't agree with it at all...I've already said that but I now realize you can't read or comprehend what you are reading.
It's called Climate Change and it's very possible we humans may be contributing to it.
It has happened many times in the billions of years this planet has been in existence (that's billions not thousands) and humans were not a factor in the past however, we could be doing so now and that's the point
At least now I know you don't have any legitimate sources to prove carbon dioxide is not a greenhouse gas. Or you are too chicken to provide them...which is what I believe.

Haha...move on little one...you try so hard to make it appear that I said things I didn't say to bolster your argument because you have no honest, proven way to back your claims.
I am not a "liberal" nor am I a "conservative". Those are terms gullible monkeys like you have been brainwashed into using when you need to label someone who disagrees with you. You only show your weakness by even mentioning it in this thread or this subject matter.

But,...... didn't the Obama's somehow get a mansion in Hawaii?
How does a community organizer from Chicago get the cash to buy a mansion in Hawaii?
Was it a "gift" from Bill Ayers?
Both sides of the isle are guilty of the same political gamesmanship.
The MSM is going to try and attack any republican they can for the next two years.
I wonder how much money the Obama's pocketed in the Solynra scandal?

Back to the subject of this thread,.........I myself wouldn't mind heading to a warmer climate right now! It's frigging cold out right now.

Of course you, personally, didn't coin the term - you're much too ignorant to come up with any original thought which is why you, and liberals like you, rely so heavily on grant hoarding "scientists" to provide you with answers.

I believe I use the term "econuts" and/or "ecoterrorists", which I have no idea how you assumed I was referring to you personally, unless of course you're the chief econut.

Do you think you're the chief econut?

I know the mental disorder "liberal mania" gives you an inflated sense of ego, but, like standard mania, it also can cause paranoia.

Maybe you're just in denial. Because you certainly are being defensive, another sure sign of liberal mania.

Thank you for this post. It's obvious you have nothing intelligent to offer and have given up on the debate and now have turned to childish, foolish attempts at insults and name calling.

As reported by the AP yesterday, the NOAA announced that 2013 was he 4th warmest year on record. NASA, which uses a slightly different method to measure global temperatures ranked it in 7th place.

The report also mentioned that 1988 was at that time, the warmest year since records started in 1880. In the last 25 years since then, that record year has fallen to 21st place.....

In other words, 20 of the last 25 years have been warmer than that record setting year.

Both agencies also agree that 9 of the ten warmest years have all been in the last 13 year.

It doesn't matter what term you use to describe it..... The globe IS getting warmer! Ignoring the incoherent blubbering by the drunken village idiot from Grandville, neither whining about the proper term to call it, or bringing up the same tired old coal funded political talking points makes any sense at all.

The problem should be studied by the experts to determine if human
activity is causing some or all of it, and whether there is anything mankind can do to moderate this real change in our weather.

Of course when you consider how many people already choose to ignore solid scientific evidence by lighting up one cigarette after another, I don't hold out much hope that it will make any difference!

What's the point? I mean really...

People like you are totally convinced that everything these so-called "scientists" say is defacto truth and any opinion otherwise is the rantings of mad men.

I could waste my time posting links, and digging for the truth, but it wouldn't do me a damn bit of good. In that void space between your ears which you refer to as your mind there's no room for any other opinion but your own.

Piss off.

Okay Mr. Wizard, propose a solution or STFU! Windmills on every street corner? Solar power in Michigan? Any solution you provide will have to take into account three things: 1. Is alternative energy economically viable over the broad spectrum? 2. Does alternative energy have the juice to supply the grid? What assurances do we have that other countries such as China will comply with any new energy standards? I look forward to your replies on a topic of which you know very little.

This is the typical response of the your average whacked out right wing fanatic......

Scared & Stupid.... You're just the voter that the coal funded republican party wants on their side. Why should anyone bother to explain any solutions to an out of date polluting technology when you don't have the IQ to understand it? Do you still use whale oil lamps to light your home?

Village idiots like you should stick to planning for your big civil war!

Exactly what I expected out of you. The typical " those evil, rich Republican oil people who want to destroy the Earth and you're an idiot blah blah blah." There's a good reason why everybody out here despises you Bobbet. It's because you're absolutely incapable of backing anything you say up with rational evidence. Rather, you attack like a little poodle who likes to nibble at the feet of those who are more educated on issues than yourself. Your conscious mind has been polluted with collectivist propaganda which basically makes you a pet. Now, go lay down by your dish you little poodle-pooping dunce!

Meanwhile on another planet. Climate change is a natural state the climate needs to change we animals either learn to survive or die simple as that, scientists and politicians want power and control so they need these things to give them something to do and of course grab the cash that flows. So tell me when the glaciers and the ice sheets that once covered most of the northern hemisphere retracted what caused that and is that same process still working today? Nothing new here that I am saying some just don't listen we live on a ball spinning through space space changes as does time we no one can predict what will happen tomorrow an errant meteor or solar flare could change it all in a second. Oh yeah a vortex wow a scary word to induce fear when all it is is a spinning mass or air like a low or high pressure area. My planet evolves how about yours?

Yep! And of course the green energy promoters are the same ones sounding the alarm bell on global warming. These are the ones who will profit and they can't wait until the money moves from fossil fuels (Republican money) to green alternatives (Democrat money). It's all about who has the biggest chunk to contribute to a political campaign.

You're such an angry little fool..... You can't even follow along!

Oil people? Lowly educated idiots like you probably read where I mentioned coal, and couldn't comprehend that word....

In the meantime, I showed you proof that the globe is on a warming trend, said that I didn't know what was causing it, and you are completely unprepared to respond with anything close to an appropriate answer.

Not surprising from a cowardly dolt that's been scared by his party. The same party that refuses to offer any answers themselves!

What's odd in all this is that people are in denial of the possibility of humans contributing to climate change because they are so worried about the money scalpers and their schemes to cash in on the situation.
Instead of cooler heads prevailing and looking at this objectively, it's turned into a pissing match.
We all know the earth's climate has changed many times but non of us truly know the impact we humans might be contributing to this current state of events given the average climate has been warming slightly for the last 50 years. Does that correlate with gas burning cars and coal burning power plants and deforestation of the rain forests and freon use, who knows...but we need to look at it objectively.
Total denial based on rhetoric because of the fear of money scalpers is foolish and dangerous. Yes, the Super Volcano under Yellowstone could explode tomorrow or a Meteor impact could happen next week. That does not mean we should stop looking at what we humans are doing to our planet.

Since Bob is utterly incapable of anything other than mudslinging, what would your solutions be? I'm all for alternative forms of energy as long as they're both applicable and cost effective.

That would be for inventors and scientists to come up with solutions. Obviously there are going to be investors who will need to put money forward in order to implement the solutions and they have every right to expect to make a profit from their investment.
I believe that's what we all consider to be the American Dream.

Thanks for being civil in your response.
This is a most compelling issue that needs to be addressed.

No argument that humans are creating some issues with the planet with our careless disposal of waste, however, to say that it is caused by too much methane gas from cows or that humans are entirely at fault is foolish as well. The weather and climate has been cyclical for as long as man has been keeping records. Climate change is, I think, the proper terminology. Global warming? Not so much, at least in my opinion. And to use scare tactics, by either side, to make a point is what is turning people off to the possibilities, I think.

Meanwhile on another planet. I see Florida is still there did not one of the generators I think his name was Ted or something I will just call him the wigged one who did Whoppi predict that the oceans would rise and flood the state and still the rich punk pop stars are drag racing in Lambos and Ferraris on the streets of Miami hey that gutter of a city New York is still there to. I accept the fact that you (humanity) is somewhat changing things but this is only minor compared to the forces of geology and electricity and magnetism, volcanoes and earthquakes. There is nothing you can do and the solutions will be much worse than the problem. Oh by the way I seem to be shoveling a lot of climate change lately funny how its been snowing here since Thanksgiving and it never made the news...
