So what we have here is some bogus non elected individual mount a personal crusade against someone under the guise of civil rights violations. The only person that had their civil rights violated was the woman seeking a roommate. The challengers in this case might want to reference the US Constitution next time before unfairly vilifying an innocent citizen of this nation. Justice has prevailed! The fight against the silencing of 1st amendment rights by the libtard left rages on!

Thank you for posting this. I hadn't heard the outcome of this case. I am glad to hear that there is some sane people in the housing department and they were intelligent enough to dismiss this bogus complaint.

The ACLU didn't have anything to do with this case. It was an over zealous agency that went too far. It has never been against the law in the US to discriminate when looking for a roommate that will actually live in your own living space. It makes me really angry that they were so stupid as to think it was.
