Dixie Pavilion-Wayland, Michigan-Destroyed for no good reason.

It is a shame that the Dixie Pavilion, Wayland, Michigan was destroyed for no good reason; the demise began with George Boucher, John VanderWal, William Nichols, Paul Ward, John Cary Dale Stoppels, James M. MacLachlan, Neil Weathers, Robert Dilley, David Murkowski and a host of others who looked to take away something that brought enjoyment to others. Besides these people, the Wayland Twp Board with Roger VanVolkinburg, did nothing to prevent the pavilion and a landmark in the Wayland area for so many years, from being demolished.
