So we can be assured he will support any future leader of the executive branch when he/she decides the aca is a bad law and repeals it without any approval of the other branches of gov't.
Or creates or repeals any other law/s with a pen and phone.

Methinks he's in the wrong country.

Either way, the Executive branch making constant tweeks to a law obviously shows the law is terribly flawed. Whether it is a Constitutional issue will eventually be determined I suppose.
If you can't see that...well, all is lost for you.
Here you go Wiggles - 2nd printing.

Who says the Obama Administration can't make changes to the implementation schedule? Until its deemed ILLEGAL, I think its called Executive action/prerogative. If you don't like it have your baggers in Congress try to block it or have them come up with another viable plan, other than 50+ lame attempts to repeal/defund it and their endless griping and lie mongering. After all, the ACA comes straight out of the GOTP Heritage Foundation bowels -- practically word for word. Until you can do this Wiggley I suggest you STFU - after of course you get yourself signed up or pay the fine for non-compliance. How's that sound?

And again I say that the number of changes (20+ as of Sept 2013) indicates it's flawed. Name another law that has required so many changes in less than 6 months with or without congressional approval.

You do, I hope realize, that you are advocating any future president making random changes to any law they choose to.

Hey Wiggles - Suck on this for awhile.

We’ve been here before

Graves’ comments suggest that so many changes to the health care law means it's fundamentally flawed. Actually, major pieces of legislation rarely remain the same as the day the president signs them into law.

The Medicare prescription drug benefit, passed under President George W. Bush, was changed several times after its initial passage.

Both that law and the recent health care law lay a government program on top of a complex private market system, said Ted Marmor, a professor of health policy at Yale University.

"Patches on a patchwork mean making a coherent quilt very difficult," Marmor said.

Even though the country had about two years to get ready for the Medicare drug program, about the same as with Obamacare, some pieces were not in place when the program launched, said Jack Hoadley, a research professor at the Health Policy Institute at Georgetown University.

Again, if you don't like it pay your civil fine and take your chances. If you already have a qualifying plan then consider yourself lucky. At this junction in the implementation some 5 million plus Americans now have real health insurance that they would otherwise not have. Health insurance reform is here and here to stay. Enrollments are growing, will continue to grow despite your disgusting childlike behavior. 3 years from now even low information lying little hate mongers like yourself will see the benefits.

The aca has been changed over 20 times already. 10 or so of those have been by obama with no congressional approval or support.
Please provide the number of changes to Medicare prescription and the number of changes made by bush without congressional approval.

Then we can compare. Until then you are pissing into the wind.

Bush wasn't claiming or looking for his legacy to include Medicare prescription and had nothing to gain or lose politically or otherwise by it's passage and/or the changes made to it.

no no no apples oranges here Wiggles. Don't play that game.

you made the B.S. claim that ACA has had numerous changes since it was signed into law and therefore is Flawed. I countered with FACTS - the facts are that the so-called "Changes" you're hanging your silly little hat and tooting your sick little horn are nonsense and not worthy of further debate.

Like I said big guy -- either sign up, pay your fine or STFU. You're not going to win this one no matter how much you flap your fingers on the keyboard. You might as well just take your ball and go home like your uncle tutu. Broken records can be fixed. Your B.S. is just more of the same Stupid and hatred. Grow up Wiggles and admit you're on the losing end of this one.

My "claim" is history and is easily proven by a simple web search for the changes made to aca since it's passage. Please don't tell me I have to type that into your web search engine for you to reveal the results.
You didn't give any stats as to the number of changes to Medicare prescriptions and neither did you give any comparison to how many changes bush made as has obama made to aca.
You are the one who brought it up...put up or as you say STFU.

As far as your pitiful, continual attempt to belittle me regarding my health care situation, you are only showing you have no other way to make your point other than a failed bully tactic.
Please try to stay on point in this debate and hope that your opinion will be accepted because of your intelligent input and not your bully tactics of false or uninformed attempts to insult others.

The parallel to obama making constant changes to obamacare (aca)(his screw up) is becoming woefully obvious.
Yeah, it's funny. He thinks it will fool voters into forgetting about sweeping out the underwater dems come November. All it"s really doing however is reinforcing the program as a complete and utter failure. Aww, but Jay Carney doesn't agree. Someone should tell Jay that if he's going to lie, he should at least be good at it.

Hey Wiggley, you might as well spit into the wind when trying to get a point across to Pippy/Bobby. The only points they ever get are the ones on the points of their heads. As for the constitutionality of what Obama is doing, that will indeed be questioned and sooner rather than later I suspect. Your point about them accepting a future President doing this is being ignored because in their silly little minds, the Democrats are going to be running the show for the next foreseeable future. Emphasis on silly little minds......

In the meantime, nothing is changing.......

The "I get my healthcare free at the emergency room" crowd continues to bring up an untold number of Faux stories about how bad the ACA will be, how it will hurt businesses and the middle class.

Yet the Republicants refuse to offer anything that would correct the problems because they are riding the "We Want an Obamacare Train Wreck" ploy, and fixing the issues might cost them a seat or two in the House/Senate.

When the president is forced to act on his own to correct the very problems the baggers are whining about.... They all say they don't want to see those corrections made......

Make up your F'ing minds, or STFU!

Patient Choice, Affordability, Responsibility and Empowerment Act

Republicans have offered alternatives from the beginning. Traveling policies, tax vouchers, high risk pool for pre-existing conditions, etc ...PCAREA is just one more worthy of discussion, something the progressive refuse to do.

The left has summarily ignored or deemed any and all alternatives to Obamacare DOA because they all come with one stipulation - REPEAL.

Progressives can argue the right is playing political games with ACA by taking some enjoyment in seeing it fail miserably. BUT, they're not honest enough to admit the left is equally guilty of game-playing for the same of party politics by continuing to bang the absolutely untrue narrative that republicans have offered no alternatives.

True affordable health care has never been the goal of the progressives, who merely see control of Americans' health as one of the key pillars of fundamental transformation of America. That's why they've taken no real steps to make it affordable, opting rather to just say, "well, your old plan wasn't good enough so now we're forcing you to pay more for a better one - you should thanks us!"

Like everything else with progressivism, ACA is has nothing to do with what it promises, which is why the democrats have no real concern with doing anything more than just pushing further down the road, making no real effort to solve the problems or listen to those who are offering alternatives.

So now it's the democrats fault for always ignoring the same thing the republicans always demanding. Maybe if it wasn't the credo of the TP to never negotiate with the other side, the RINOs could actually deal with the socialists and we'd see progress that the everyone but the whacked out ultra-conservatives could live with......
