After two games and sitting here watching them today, I gotta say that world series victory or not, this is going to be on hell of a ride!

After Sunday's gigantic slugfest comeback there's no doubt if the Tigs can stay healthy they are going to be the team to watch - for pure shock and awe if nothing else! Gonna be a fun year.

You should see the upset down here, over Ozzie Guillen, saying in Time interview, he love's Castro....the cuban's are going batshit...lol...

Glad Guillen has taken his ignorance out of the Midwest. I guess he knows baseball but what a jerk!
Of course our President admires Castro too. He's gonna turn the U.S. into another Cuba.

Where was the outrage when the Black Caucus went to Cuba and came back with nothing but praises and adoration.

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0409/210...

[“It was almost like listening to an old friend,” said Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Il.), adding that he found Castro’s home to be modest and Castro’s wife to be particularly hospitable.

“In my household I told Castro he is known as the ultimate survivor,” Rush said.

Rep. Laura Richardson (D-Ca.) said Castro was receptive to President Obama’s message of turning the page in American foreign policy.

"He listened. He said the exact same thing" about turning the page "as President Obama said," said Richardson.]

So members of our ruling government are fine and dandy heaping praise on Castro, but some batshit crazy baseball manager creates an uproar?!

Gibe me an F'ing break.

That Bobby Rush, is the same scumbag that put on the Hoodie, in the House of Representatives......See, the cubans aren't perfect down here, but alot of them had family killed by Castro and others drown, trying to get here, so they take it all, to heart....

Yes, we have some Cuban friends here and they all have stories of loss. It's incredibly sad. Then you add the unbelievably ignorant comments by the Congressional Black Caucus, actually praising this murderous tyrant, and the media just looks the other way.

I guess Ozzie is fair game though, because being a baseball manager is so much more influential than a member of congress. Bobby Rush gets a pass, but a baseball manager makes front page news. WTF kind of silly season is this anyway?

The Marlins could have a huge problem, since they built the new stadium in Little Havana section of Miami, so just what you don't want from an owner perspective, is this bullsh*t.....Ozzie must be incredibly stupid...Like Bobby Petrino...lol...

You are absolutely right. If the Marlins don't fire Ozzie they will lose a very large part of their support base. Not good considering the amount of $$ they dropped on a fancy, if not gaudy, stadium and some mighty expensive players.

I hate to see people lose their jobs over stupidity, but in this case he should never have been hired in the first place. They had to know this guy's history of ridiculously stupid statements. Maybe it's good for everyone that he wasted no time in opening his mouth.

He also went on Hugo Chavez's radio show, when he was in his native, Venezueala....i just find it totally unbelievable, that he could have been, that unfeeling, especially after living here, within the community, for actaully, quite awhile now...plus, having several cuban players on the roster....

Wonder if Ranger Rick will resurface for the series with the Rangers.

Wasn't that a beautiful bunt in the eleventh inning of game 4?

It just shows how well balanced and skilled that Ranger Team is.

Buy all the high priced goony players you can Detroit, you're still no match for the Rangers who came into Detroit and took 3 out of 4 games.

Go Rangers!
