Simply gross and so typical of the left. As if a bill that people found abhorrent 24 hours ago, will somehow become loved because Kennedy died? What type of F'ed up logic are these people running on?

Never let a convenient death go to waste!

Great, let them go for it, screw the populace and what we want.

Now all we have to do is get rid of that idiot McCain who wants to get along with the socialist fascists on the left.

This morning CNN played clips of Kennedy's past speeches. Oddly enough, out of nearly 50 years in congress and countless speeches, the only clips they could come up with were of Ted endorsing Obama.

Classy bunch, these liberals.

You mean like the wonderful comments said when Reagan died?

Or how about the lovely ones when Tony Snow and William Buckley died too?

Or are you going to sit there, like we are retarded, and pretend like that NEVER happened. Because knowing you, you will do just that.

Oh and why you are gushing tears over Ted, say a nice prayer for Mary Jo too.

Let me tell you, having lived in Boston for 7 years and the Kennedy legacy. Their is or was more corruption in that family than having the last name of, Gotti. You can cut it however you'd like! No one is "pooping" on another of your idols.
Ted Kennedy died of a brain cancer. He wasn't a "God". How many others died of brain cancer yesterday? Are you suggesting their dieing was any less important?

Can't speak for anyone else here but I'm not "pooping" on Kennedy. Don't drag me down to your level. I didn't agree with his policies most of the time and I think he should have retired more than a decade ago but I absolutely applaud his service and his willingness to work with republicans. What happened in his personal life I don't know enough about.

Fact is, you tear into Bush and Cheney now, why would their deaths change your tune, pete? You have virtually no dignity or morals, so I doubt very seriously respect for the dead or the family would stop you from pooping on them.

You are right, I would celebrate their executions for war crimes as a victory for America and our return to civilized nation status.

But those of us who don't worship at the Ted Kennedy altar need to show respect for the dead? Nice try, Pete, good to see that your double standard is back.

They were very busy last night on Night Line polishing up his image. The show looked like a political commercial for a living politician! And then they announced that it would continue this morning.I'm waiting for them to start calling it the "Kennedy Bill" or something along those lines.

They'll pass out rubber wrist bands 'WWTD' and try to convince the Blue Dogs, "If you don't vote for health care everything Ted Kennedy lived for will be for naught".

What's the matter Pete, does free speech that offends you, bother you?

Oh give it a rest. That my friend is a vile twisting of the reality.
Senator Ted Kennedy championed national health care his entire career. Richard Nixon offered his support to Ted Kennedy for national health care if it didn't contain single payer and Kennedy turned it down because of that.

Had he lived, and in fact not been sick with the cancer, he would still be championing it. He was fighting for it while he was able with the cancer. It is not using his death to promote national health care. It's HONORING him by putting through what he had worked for his entire career.

You don't push through a bill as big as health care simply because it's biggest proponent up and dies. WTH is wrong with you!

I wonder if Obama's single payer system would have provided Ted Kennedy with the same doctors, drugs and procedures he used to fight his cancer.

Oh shove it up your chappaquiddick. It is [email protected] obvious that the Dims are trying to capitalize of this guy assuming room temperature as some creepy excuse to shove this thing through. Chis 'Sweetheart Loan' Dodd even said that Ted's death should quell opposition to this thing.

SERIOUSLY?!?

I'm starting to wonder if the DNC are actually thrilled that he's gone because they now think his corpse is more useful than the senator ever was alive.

The funeral should be a hoot. Welstone Memorial part deux.

I don't know for sure but it would not surprise me at all if a member of the family used the eulogy to shove health care up the birthers rectum, figuratively of course.
