I did not vote because I didn't care for too many of the candidates. I will vote at the real election.

I voted today! I was only the second person from precinct at 7:05am. I was surprised I did not have to wait in line and am looking forward to the results!

I agree!! The media and polling experts make it look like there are only two candidates in each race so you can vote to be right (by choosing who they are telling us has already won) or vote and not make a difference (by choosing someone who according to them doesn't have a chance).

I voted today as I always do. I'm a Democrat who voted uncommited. I'm proud NOT to be a Republican or associated with the religious right. In voting, I hope to someday dispell the idea that they are the only ones who live in West Michigan (or the only ones who count)

I couldn't agree with you more! WZZM 13 and the folks at 8 are very biased in what and how they report.
The best that we can hope for is that none of the top 3 Dems get elected.
Hah!!! LOL you must be joking... I havent seen anything that remotely looked like fair and impartial reporting since I was 1st was of age to vote in West Michigan.

Dems always get slighted, slammed or sneered by the news in West Michigan, always.

I just pray that God will not allow these morons to put another Pub in power... Give me my Clinton Era Checkbook ..... please please please....

It amazes me that you all have the "whatevers" to even open your mouths since you voted for this Countries downfall.

You dont even have the decencey to feel shame...

eeeuuww!

I voted at 7am only 6 people in line and i voted, for the tax and spend republican party they are the ones who have increased the government, gas increased, less jobs for any of us, Michigan problems started under former Governor Engler. So maybe they can do a better job for us again. Oh I also forgot the illegal immoral war in Iraq.
Good for all of you for voting.

Well Said! Engler destroyed this State, I cannot beleive that the Republicans are pararding Michelle around like they think she stands for something good??? OMG the woman is as disgusting as Betty De-Dearest. eeeuuwww!

If The Englers were barred from crossing the State Line I think that would be just fine.

There was only 2 or 3 other voters at the polling place. Who does Granholm think she is urging people to vote for Hillary? She's as bad a Granholm! Can you just imagine how terrible this country would become if somebody that was like Granholm (in this case Hillary) won the presidency? The whole nation would be driven into the ground just like Michigan.

I voted at 7 a.m. and was 2nd in line. There were about 12 in line after me...

What bothers me is that Democrats can "cross over" and have a vote in who the Republican candidate will be. Only Republicans should be able to do that.

Wow! 94 posts to this point and almost everybody is talking about how great it was to vote or wishing more people had come out to vote. Considering how acrimonious this place can get sometimes on things controversial, this is great.
I voted about 9am -#53, my spouse voted about 4pm -#250something. May the best candidate win.(I just hope it's Huck).

I voted around 3:30pm. I was number 175 at my polling place. There were 6 people waiting to vote. I don't like having to declare my party. I hope I don't receive too much junk mail. The experience overall went fine.

I voted at about 3:15 today. I was 97 according the the number on my ballot. I wonder though if both ballots have number sequence, then the number on the top of my ballot would not necessarily be accurate as me being 97 total, but just 97th to vote according to my party ballot. Just wondering.
I was the only one there at first, then about 10 other people came in after me. It goes super quick. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and we were in and out in about 5 minutes total.

You know what? You dont know any of the people on this forum, but yet you come here and start slamming people left and right. If you dont like it in Michigan, then please, leave, and be sure to let the door slam in your face on your way out. You're so upset, but thanks to the great Demi God in Lansing that you voted in, things have certainly not improved!!!
