How is the County Administrator saving jobs if they are getting rid of a Court Recorder? How is that saving job(s)? What do they do when the need to, "read that back,"? Knee jerk reaction to cutting jobs. How about the people I have seen sitting at the desks in District Court texting? How about the several times I have been in the Juvenile Court and observed two of their employees testing on their phone(s)? Or, talking on their cell phones? MMMMMmmm
