It's only real Reagan said it!

Wish he had said something about the record low water levels in the Great Lakes. Maybe the EHD epidemic the deer herd suffered through too.

Maybe we'll have to wait until the Devos estate has palm trees growing all around their property!

Wonder if that means, we will have Al Jazeera on our cable packages here? I think it might be helpful, to see how honest they are in their news presentation....

The argument isn't whether or not the Earth is warming. What Al Gore relates global warming to is not what others do. What's so hard to understand about that?
Arguing that people who don't buy into Al Gore's carbon taxing scheme also don't believe the Earth is going through a warming cycle is simply denying reality in order to strengthen what you want others to believe rather than simply accepting there is enough evidence to warrant plenty of doubt by some as to the real cause of global warming.

I believe at this point the only carrier publicly saying they will not air Al Jazeera is Time Warner. Those other cable carriers that previously carried Current will at this point now carry Al Jazeera.

Kind of a pity, as i have Comcast and thought it might be nice to know just how they see the world...as i often bitch that we should'nt even be over there.....but, it's better if i know, how they see things in order to understand them.......

Seems to me, one couldn't possibly make that statement without knowing how warm the planet was BEFORE records were kept.

What is really gonna be a problem for US agriculture, is if the heart of the country, does'nt get enough snow cover this winter....after last year's drought, they really need some help....

Drought maps look terrible for many parts of the country. If the midwestern states don't see significant snow/rain soon, Lake Michigan boaters will be thrown under the bus in favor of ADM's barge traffic on the Mississippi River..... If they haven't already been.

It's hard to believe that only a couple of years ago they had record floods all along the rivers down there.

Yeah, and the local news is saying something about the possibility of record high temps by the end of the week. I guess that two hour drive I've needed to make to go snowmobiling isn't going to be enough soon!
