I applaud your stance on tax loopholes for the wealthiest and Corporations. Unfortunately your views on that subject are not the case for most GOPhers, particularly the crazies in your nutwhig fringe teabagger group.
You're as wrong about me as you say I am about you. I'm not liberal or left in the same way you think of Jessie Jackson or his son or the other radicals and criminals that call themselves Democrat. I despise them probably as much as you do. Maybe I'm just naive, but I have gone back and forth throughout my life in regards to political philosophy. I've been what was once called a Reagan democrat, to what I am today, which is somewhere a little between a Truman and JFK progressive. You might also say I'm Independent. I'm not afraid to admit that. I'm inclined to distrust both political parties today. The older I get the more I realize neither party, or better yet POLITICS in general is going to do it for me. However, sometimes it requires taking the lesser of two evils. In my mind, for the last two go-arounds Obama was by far the lesser evil. Romney and particularly is choice for VP were glaring liars. Ryan's plan for the deficit and debt is nothing but a fairy tale. Of course all one has to do is remember who we have as a dictator running things in Michigan today, and realize that what we have today here, is another corrupt Trifecta and if you include the courts, its a Trifecta PLUS. That has definitely not worked out too well and I'm pretty sure there's ALOT more than just me who feels that way. I would bet that there are a lot of folks out there who wish they hadn't believed all of his bull shit about 'reinventing' Michigan 3 years ago.
Because fiscal responsibility, debt-reduction and personal rights are just so right wing and crazy ...
right?

No offense, but you sound lost, and continuing to insult people who aren't lost and have a firm grasp of what they stand for says a lot more about you than the people you are so frequently attacking.

I just know what I'm talking about and feel strongly about it. Not lost at all. In fact I feel better about things today, than I ever have. Again, you'd benefit by opening your eyes and ears, taking a breath of fresh ear without Faux news telling you how to think. That's your biggest problem Oneal.

As for the insults you claim I'm handing out. Well, I don't look at them that way. I see them as leveling the playing field and living by that golden rule -- Do unto others as they have done unto you. I can't think of anyone more deserving of it than the know-it-alls and punks I see dwelling here and on sites like this one. They're very deserving.

My biggest problem is allowing a news program I seldom watch tell me how to think? That's some amazing advice, pipedream! You really nailed it!!

Again, I have to keep repeating myself to you guys which is really getting irritating so listen very carefully this time: If you have to make crap up to strengthen your weak argument than it's likely not worth bringing up in the first place. Get it?

Now, as for insults:

Faux News

"You're a racist"

Teabaggers

"It's Bush's fault"

I think you've covered the standard issue 'Progressive Textbook for Dummies' list of daily retorts.
I'd hope at some point that you guys would at least be more creative with your insults, but it seems free thinking is not allowed by liberals, so creativity is asking too much.

Come back to me when you have something better than weak-sauce standard fare rhetoric.

cry me a river Oneal. Stop trying to dress up now like you're Mr. Right at the right time. What do they say, you an put lipstick on a pig, but at the end of the day its still a pig? Being pig headed is not an excuse either Oneal. You're certainly not going to change my mind or anyone else's on here or gain my respect. The best you're going to do is endure the next three years, use your health insurance card, when you get it in the mail and try to cope either inside your bunker or out. Its your choice. As for right this very minute. I'm as sick of you and you say you are of me. But I'm OK with that. I know I'm right.

And please do tell me how that is going to bring the dead people back to life. Or is that just another case of acceptable collateral damage of the free market straightening itself out.

And the people who will go to jail, maybe, they'll still be alive and you get to pay for their housing, three squares a day and, gasp, free medical care. All on your tax dollars.

Better than having regulations that hamper profit making isn't it. Ya know, people dead, others going through excruciating pain to treat the fungus they have in their bodies that hasn't killed them yet.

Got any other short wisdom filled catch phrases for that?

Oh ya, and lets not forget about the need to cap malpractice awards. AND just think of all the other medical medical malpractice insurance rates that will go up because of it.

All worth it for the sake of not restricting profit making from needless regulations huh.

And another thing after #30+K plus per year to house, cloth, feed and pay for medical care you should have some money left over from the taxes you pay to gripe about being wasted. Something else you can blame on Obama.

You shouldn't bring up things like regulation, malpractice and the free market economy with Bitchboi. Those words are way too difficult for the young lad to comprehend. Bitchboi still lives at home and is struggling with 10th grade government class.

Racist equals bigoted and I am neither. Yet I have been called that by Really aka Sandy recently. Yet I am pretty liberal, and I have never called anyone a racist or bigoted. Racism needs to be taken out of all equations. Everyone that is legal, no matter color, sex, religion, etc., should be treated equally in this country.

Never thought of that aspect before. However, I do hate how party stores and gas stations can now accept the bridge card for food stamps as it is all junk food. I would rather have it accepted at a grocery store only and allow toilet paper as an essential. I just happened to see a person buy a pickle at the gas station and used her bridge card, didn't like it. Not the first time I have seen it nor will it be the last, but the bridge card should only be allowed at certain places.

Funny thing, I am studying the health insurance field right now as a new career. One of the many items mentioned in the cost of medical care costs going up is that so many doctors refer patients to specialists to avoid malpractice. They are terrified of lawsuits. Many patients do not need specialists. While some do, many do not, and it is fear that is driving them. The right wants to control the awards issued on lawsuits for doctors. While I don't totally disagree, I believe that you cannot limit it to one industry. If you are going to do it for one, you have to do it for all. I am not a sue happy person. Chit happens, and yes some do deserve a lawsuit, but then again some don't.

true. but who's fault is all of that? Small business owners, like convenience stores (chamber of commerce) petitioning administrators of the programs to allow people to buy shit at marked up prices or the people who have the cards? Somehow, I'm pretty sure its not the people who have the cards but rather the Chamber of Commerce and other small business representatives.

Do you think the abundance of lawyers have something to do with that? Or do you think its just the "suit" happy individuals who are driving all of that? Seems to me there are too many lawyers in the world. But that's just me.

I'll say this as one way to get my point across: I've lost track of him but quite a few years ago there was one of the best malpractice attorneys that also held an MD. He started out as an MD but added being an attorney because he said he was tired of the way the medical profession was so lax that patients were suffering injury needlessly. That no matter how hard he tried he couldn't get procedures changed to better protect patients.

That's what he said. I wasn't in his mind to know any different. It just amazed me he practiced two professions. I still find it hard to fathom.
