it's the one way to insure federal intervention and judicial authority over guns. the constitution is not sacred nor is it dead. make it a federal crime for citizens-at-large to possess any type of firearm...no exceptions. begin a war on guns, with similar punishment as drug dealers. picayune gun laws are nothing more than parameters for behavior; we speed laws, most everyone disobeys them; we have tax laws, many people cheat or don't file, we have drug laws, i needn't specify what a shambles they are, we have seat belt laws, they don't improve people's driving. no, you can't legislate your way out of this thing. crimes of this nature are too personal and too intimate to dissuade a zealous perpetrator.

Surely you started this for your enjoyment! enjoyment? there is nothing enjoyable about what recently occurred in the so-called real world as you put it. bad things happen to good people as they say and will continue to happen; no amount of law will stop perpetrators like him. this person took it upon himself to kill. guns for protection, pistols, rifles, etc. were a part of his life and became convenient to him. 'thou shalt not' never stopped anyone ...

http://www.cnn.com/2012/12/20/opinion/waldman... There are alot of very sad people in this world. Maybe instead of buying guns these little men could just attack the root of the problem and buy a penis pump. At least you can't murder anyone with a penis pump.
