Remember back when all of the libereals where whining about how Bush took 10 day;s to provide relief for Katrina victems?
The same two faced liberals have no problem with the fact that Obama has done nothing for the victims of Sandy!
I wonder why now that Obama has left the victims of hurricane Sandy high and dry, and offers no help at all to them, they dont complaign?
Seem's somewhat hypocritical to me.

It does get confusing. First the conservatives whine and groan the Federal Government should keep it's nose out of state's business. Even Christy did not pass up a chance to bad-mouth Obama. Now that the Federal Government money, money from taxes from ALL the states, is wanted the Federal Government can't do enough quick enough.

Not saying this exclusion is right, but one has to postulate that the unions are reacting to the nation wide war the conservatives have waged against them and are pushing back. Who with any sensibility would say when starting a war they should not be fought back against. So when using the law to do battle it's only sensible to use the law to fight back.

After all MI just passed the RTW law that says the non-union workers get the same benefits bargained for by the union dues paying members without having to contribute a nickle toward it. And aren't conservatives four-square against freeloaders.

And lets face it, with the Katrina cleanup there were many "small" contractors that swarmed in taking the money while not doing the jobs at all, some doing only partial with some inadequate.

I find this article to be a bit more involved and less partisan than the snippet linked above.

It is a bit refreshing to see where SOMEONE is concerned with the in-state workers getting back some work.

Good Day,

It's not confusing at all. Union thugs stood in the way of their own communities being repaired and re-built to suit their own selfish needs over those they live among. So then, people are still left to wonder why unions are losing ground in the US? Here's your sign.
