Not true....Seem's alot of people seem to care about protecting the wealthy from paying higher taxes....even more than the working poor or the middle class, the Presidential campaign taught us that the GOP position, is to protect the wealthy at all costs, and if you doubt that......watch the House republican's place the protection of the wealthy above, even the wellbeing of this country and any damage the so-called fiscal cliff, may do.....

You have no credibility under any of your names until you can prove your accusations. In other words your full of crap. Maybe Obama should try negotiating for once instead of setting down demands and flying away to campaign some more. Somebody please tell him to start acting like a president and remind him that 51% of the vote or whatever it was is not even close to a mandate. Obama also wants to raise the debt limit without congress. Now why would he need to raise the debt limit if he is going to pay for his programs? Obama is selling you out...Bush is not in the driver seat anymore... Obama turned in that clunker during the cash for clunkers program. He took that credit and some of the stimulus mountain of cash you built from the bill we had to pass to find out what was inside. He bought a Lamborghini and he is racing to the cliff.

Unlike you, whos whole life seems to revolve around the price of gasoline, I don't care what they raise it to.
I live less than 3 miles from work and drive a 45 M.P.G. vehicle.
In warmer weather I ride a bike (I know exercise is a foreign concept to your kind).
I have a Meijer, a Menards and several restaurants within walking distance so a tank of gas lasts well over a month in my everyday routine.
I think I can afford a few more pennies a month.
Hey, gingerboi...when the price of gas goes up, so does the price of everything else. Do try to look past the porch of your little trailer and see the bigger picture. Hope your budget includes more for everything from the food you eat to the toilet paper you use when you poop it out.
Mmm Mmmm Mmmm...Obama's raising your taxes. Eat up and enjoy!

While Obama and his cronies place 'nah, nah, nah, we won' above the wellbeing of the country. Strange how you only blame one side for not being willing to compromise but when we know that Obummer can do no wrong in your eyes. Enjoy those higher taxes and increasing inflation courtesy of the 'guy who won'. Can't blame Bush for this one.

Screw Mitt and the ultra rich trying to buy Washington. It was the blood and the sweat of the middle class that built this country. It's the poor and the middle class that sign up to fight and die for this country. Mitt and his ilk look down from on high and pass judgement on those below them, they strip their jobs away in the name of the almighty dollar and then mock them when they ask for help to feed their families. This election was Americans saying ENOUGH!

The blood and sweat of the middle class that built this country under the employment of who? The poor???
" It's the poor and the middle class that sign up to fight and die for this country." Explain why it is so hard to get legislation passed to make their votes count while they are over seas. What party do they usually vote for? What political party were the individuals overwhelmingly from that spit on our troops, gave death threats, and harassed coming back from Vietnam.

"Mitt and his ilk look down from on high and pass judgement on those below them, they strip their jobs away in the name of the almighty dollar and then mock them when they ask for help to feed their families."
There is a lot of them but let's just say you should be more observant of your side. GE was paid off very well for campaign donations. Jeffery imelt got out of paying taxes and an appointed position in the Obama administration doing nothing but sending jobs overseas. Here is a news headline "GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt, The Head Of Obama’s Jobs Council, Is Moving Jobs And Economic Infrastructure To China At A Blistering Pace".
GM after the bailout they built a plant in Mexico, Russia, and China (did you build that with taxpayer dollars?)
Chrysler not sure if they built a plant in Mexico but more parts are coming from Mexico. Sergio Marchionne is going to utilize his fiat facilities to build Chrysler vehicles to sell overseas and send some back here also. They also will do the same thing with the production of vehicles that will now start being built in China.

Fisker motors, here is a news article "Car Company Gets U.S. Loan, Builds Cars In Finland"
Ok here is the first paragraph too. "With the approval of the Obama administration, an electric car company that received a $529 million federal government loan guarantee is assembling its first line of cars in Finland, saying it could not find a facility in the United States capable of doing the work."

Jason blue nuts you can read it too!! It's not from FOX news, it's from abc news. They must be your next target.

All I can say is you should do a bit more research.

Prove your accusations or are you so busy whining about the Republicans all the time you don't have time to prove them? Actually, don't bother, because you can't prove them. It is truly time to force Obama to wear the brunt of his piss poor policies. He doesn't care about the good of the country, he only cares about what's good for the Obama campaign and the people he owes big time for his re-election. He is proving that, yet again. But by all means, continue to try to blame the party that has offered to raise taxes and that's not good enough for Obama. Of course, for you to know that, you would have to read and listen to something besides the BBC and ESPN.

Nope...I've been sitting here reading your posts blaming only one side for the looming fiscal cliff when, in fact, both sides are responsible.
Here's a newsflash for you: "compromise" involves give and take on both sides, not one side taking and the other being demanded to give unequivocally. What the left is doing is dictating, not compromising and yet I see you make post after post only blaming one side and defending the actions of the other.
Here's another newsflash for you: Obama wants the country to go off the cliff..he doesn't give a ratss azz about 'the people'. He only cares about wielding power and doing it in an abusive manner at that.
We can see that clearly in the attitudes of those who represent the left here on the forum..post after post of childish 'we won so up yours...suck it up, eff you, etc...'. Your leader is no better in that respect.

The so called "fiscal cliff" has been looming since when? Back in the fall of 2010, when the debt ceiling was raised?
Have you forgotten that back then, in order to get the debt ceiling raised, this administration agreed to come up with a budget that increased revenue's, and cut spending?
You can keep on blaming the GOP all you want to, but the fact is, it is this administration and it's spending that got us into this mess.
Just look at the proposal Geithner brought to congress.
Not only is it full of tax increases, but also more spending increases, which just proves that this adminstration is not serious about our economy.
Keep on blaming Bush and the GOP for everything.
Maybe this "fiscal cliff" that you liberals keep whining about might not be a bad thing.
Sooner or later we are all going to have to pay for Obama's spending.
Might as well start now. We cant keep kicking th bucket down the road like we are doing now.

I think you're onto something here Jimmie..... It would be hard to blame the GOP when they refuse to do anything!

GOP members were the ones who ran away from the Super Committee that was tasked with drafting a budget plan that would have avoided this. Too bad they don't just leave DC for a week or two so this budget mess can get resolved without the GOP's stalling tactics.
