From the Party that Gave us a trillion dollar deficit comes a new twist on foreign policy. Get involved and act stupid about something we can have really no effect on. But to make matters worse. That's right the republicans with the help of Fox News ( Your Fascist news choice)After there stunning success with the Iraq War and Afghanistan now want us to be completely dumb and involve ourselves in another hot bed Iran. Did these people learn nothing from there mistakes apparently not. Obamas doing the right thing by really staying out of it.

Before you call us stupid, you might want to re-read your post. It was so full of grammar and spelling errors, I had to read it twice just to understand it.

obama should join the the other nations that have voiced their disagreement with the squashing of liberty and freedom in Iran. Once a coalition of nations is formed, they should actively pursue the protection of these protestors and citizens.

Of course he won't. obama sides with the dictators of the world. He'd rather "meddle" in free enterprise and capitalism. He'd rather "meddle" in thousand year old Egyptian border conflicts. Why bother messing in a system that he eventually would like to see happen in America?

Our own "supreme leader" has more in common with tyrannical dictators who actively promote the silencing of critics, control of media and empowerment of anti-democracy government than a free democratic, free-enterprising society.

Prove me wrong obama.

This is a tough one, no doubt. You want Iranian's to get the goverment they want, but at the same time, let the religious leader look like the fool he is. Talk about a puppet goverment. Elect whoever you want, but I still run the show. LOL. What a world.
I guess the best thing to do right now is just show support for their election.

As an Obama supporter, I wouldn't bring up the word DEFICIT if I were you.

And if you don't think our Commander in Chief has black-ops already in Iran monitoring the situation you are dumber then your post makes you sound.

The USA is hardly staying out of this.

Obama's silence suggests he might condone the actions of the Iranian dictator. Is this how he plans on winning his reelection. He needs to speak up.

Did I say that? No.
There are many forms of pressure you can put on a foreign government clearly working outside the law of common decency that have nothing to do with acts of war. Standing beside other nations as one to show support of democracy and freedoms is just one.

obama's lilly-livered approach to this serious situation is extremely dubious and gives the impression to other radical tyrants that the door is wide open and unprotected for similar acts of human rights violations.

It's a tough one. You want to make sure you show support for the people. But at the same time you don't want to hijack what they're working for...

I think he's doing the right thing for now. As much as I wish he'd protest louder, his silence makes Iranian's in charge look foolish when they try to point fingers at the US for meddling. How can we meddle when our leader is relatively silent?

I think we need to continue to show support to the Iranian people, but other than that I don't know if there's much we can do.

Silly question to show my youth...but how did we handle Tienanmen Square?

"From the Party that Gave us a trillion dollar deficit"?

Odd, the Dems have controlled congress since 2007, and have rung up 2 trillion in new debt since Jan.

You said Obama is doing the right thing? How can that be? Aren't you an "evil conservative"? LOL

How much you want to bet that the liberals will still find a way to criticize what you just said.

I think that was a very reasonable opinion.

President Obama should publicly stay out of the Iran conflict. As some have said just by making public a statement in support would throw a monkey wrench into the movement.

America is the infidel. The movement is just slightly more liberal than the status quo and a public statement would unify both sides again against us.

The Ayatollah is already trying to bring America in it by talking about Hillary and Waco.

In this case- less is more. The less we do the more the movement will.(Right up until they have their own Tiananmen Square incident. Which is soon to come if these protests continue.)

Let them kill each other. The one thing the two factions have in common is their hate for US.
