It might be wise to contact the three major credit reporting companies, TRANSUNION, EQUIFAX, and EXPERIAN. Consider the fact that all personal information in the hands of this person. Next it may be identity theft. These companies will flag your reports and let you know if anyone tries to take out credit in your name by calling to check with you first. It might also be wise to let credit companies, credit card and anyone else know the situation if you're caught with very little left as I am so that one can also try to protect their credit rating. I would again urge anyone who has been a victim of this man to step forward and to notify local, state and federal authorities. The only way to prevent this from happening to other people is to get this man off the street.Do the right thing!

Another lawsuit has been filed against Keith in the Oakland County Circuit Court. This is good, but the need to get law enforcement involved is still critical. That being said, if you plan on going after him in civil court, HAVE AT IT AND GOOD LUCK!
