I have been sent a notice of Toll Violation and have my Receipt. I will contact Geauxpass and try and get this handled . What about all the people who go to Grand Isle for vacation or weekend pleasure and bring money in to our state that did not keep a receipt and were sent a toll violation . Would you go back ? I know others this has happened to and I will pass it on to hopefully resolve this matter of THE GREAT La-1 TOLL SCAM that turns $2.50 into $27.50 every time you Geaux Pass

I, too, received a Notice of Toll Violation. I have my receipt showing that I purchased a pass online, but apparently that isn't good enough. Now I have to spend time to appeal the violation. I would like to send an invoice to the state for an hour of my and my secretary's time = $250.

My best advice is to order online. Keep your receipt. It is the payment authorization code that they need. EMAIL THEM. [email protected]
We always pay online and they always send us a violation. I always email them w/the violation numbers and payment authorization code and they send me a letter stating the dismissal of the violations.
It is my opinion that this is done on purpose since most people do not keep receipts.

i just received this October 20th, 2013 a notice of toll violations for Feb., May, and June of 2010. now how many people do you know of that will keep a receipt for this long? they give you 30 day to find a receipt for a violation it took they 3 years to find. DO YOU SMELL SCAM?

This toll bridge is a joke, along with the bozos that designed it. I'm talking about the left turn facing You when You leave the toll booth. Also, while on the subject, How come the residents of G.I. get a free ride, while we as camp owners have to pay? WE as camp owners should band together and stop spending our money before we get on the island. G.I. owners bring of money to the plate. Where is the mayor now. My dollars will be at wally world. Just my dime
