why is it people can not get in campers?

My mom has been trying to get in a camper since oct. 16 and everytime she talks to someone they tell her it will be another week. She is staying with me until they finally give her one. there is about twenty of them accross the street from me and they are empty yet my mom can not seem to get one for her family and she has 2 children and a husband. can some please help me help her?

When your Mom gets her FEMA camper, be sure they read the manual, & check it out good. Numerous WARNINGS throughout! Campers are cheaply made! Otherwise, they are basically well thought out for living. Ours set up, but A/C not working, & 2 water leaks, & we reported it 3 weeks ago, with nothing done yet, so not using it. BE CAREFUL!!

Can anyone tell me if the beach has been rebuit since last storm. If so what have they done ?? We want rebuild till beach is repaired.
