great. we need more businesses to stop supporting the destruction of the working world. we dont have time for smokers.
they waste time and are bothersome to the clean living folks. smokers do not care about their health and do not care about ours.

Perhaps the bill should ban all products deemed unhealthy. Stop the pharmacies from selling potato chips, soda, and anything that might possibly hurt the consumer that chooses to buy it. That would, of course, include a number of drugs whose documented side effects may indeed kill the patient rather than cure him.

Think about all the publicity for the first Big Chain pharmacy to go tobacco free! A chain like Walgrens,CVS or one of the other majors. It might be a smart move, do it fast and grab the headlines.

If they ban tobacco because it is not healthy, they must then ban all products with similar health concerns. That would include snack foods and of course those drugs that might possibly kill rather than kill the patient.

Do you have a point, or are you just trying to be cute? If there is a point here, it is impossible to see. If you are trying to be cute, then you have failed the test. Is it a slow night at the special school?

What the hell is the point of this? Because cigarettes and medication arent complementary products? What about beer and medication? I think they also sell swirtguns and insect spray - those obviously have to go as well. And if pharmacies can sell tobacco because it's not their core business, then gas stations should be banned as well - cigarettes have nothing to do with selling gas.

Unless they ban pharmacies from selling ANYTHING other than medication, it is an individual's personal opinion of a product dictating what kind of activity a single private business can or cant conduct. The rules, fair or not, have to be consistant and applied across the board.

Sam Hoyt you are such an embarrassment! Look at your own website! You title your website “Sam Hoyt, FOR A NEW BUFFALO”…. But in the 1st paragraph you say:
Sam Hoyt wrote:
Born and raised in Buffalo's west side, Sam Hoyt III has represented the neighborhoods of Buffalo's Lower West Side, Black Rock-Riverside, and portions of North Buffalo, and the City's University District, as well as the town of Grand Island, since 1992. Sam has dedicated his career to advancing the ideals of public service and progressive community change.
You’ve represented your district since for 15 years! How long is it going to take to get the “NEW BUFFALO” you speak of?

15 years of being complacent!

15 years of not trying to better yourself!

If you have no interest in improving yourself, you have no interest in improving your district! Lead, Follow or get out of the way!!!!!!
