We already have way too many college grads with no jobs or mediocre jobs and government wants us to create more of them. Another form of welfare. Look at all the PhDs on the Buffalo School Board who collectively couldn't pour piss out of a boot if they were holding it upside down. If an education isn't earned it's pretty much worthless.

So true, I have a grandson who racked up $60k in loans for 4 years of college and graduated. No jobs so he's a cart collector/cleaner upper at a big box dept. store. Pretty soon all hamburger flippers who are HS kids will be college grads.

Look at the bright side. When all those people in China and India who live to learn and study 10 hours a day without that 'summer vacation' come here and buy the US, any high school grad will be able to get a decent minimum-wage job cleaning their toilets. See... no need for college!

He would be better off not working and collecting welfare. Once you start working any job after college, you are oblegated to start making payments on those college loans. He is screwed.

I love it when we are forced to take care of "people" who cant take care themselves.
I cant wait till my son asks me why all the poor people are fat and get to go to college, as he drags himself of to work.
