ONLY six months????? oh, yeah...for those who think the sentence isn't harsh enough....HERE'S A BIG REMINDER...that six months MORE than a Niagara county Judge (Amy Fricano) received after she was arrested for DWI (while high on drugs by her own admission), getting into an accident (knocked down a pole, I believe), and then fleeing the scene of the accident only to be caught later after someone saw her and got her license plate #....WHY? WHY? WHY?...the public wanted to know!!!! BECAUSE she was found "not guilty" after a trial!!! "What the heck is wrong with juries these days", the puzzled community rightfully inquired....OH???? THERE WAS NO JURY! THE LOADED JUDGE WAS AQUITTED BY ANOTHER JUDGE IN A NON-JURY TRIAL!!!! Un-effing-believable!LOL
I wonder how well the young man in this article would have fared? What a joke!

I spent 12 years in the rear of an amblance as a paramedic and have seen many drunks involved in collisions with injuries to others. I think this young man was very lucky to get ONLY 6 months in jail in my opinion.
