I'm glad that we (Michigan) are taking the necessary steps to implement the plans for a green infrastructure in our state. The investments vis-a-vi surcharges are well worth it and will pay of over time.

Yeah, it's real nice to see that more elderly and others living on a limited, fixed income are going to face more challenges to make it through another month.
