Now you're really, really, making me mad. Janna Kelly was found dead in a field in Ottawa County the next spring. Stop making these ridiculous posts. You said you'd read the other ones, so ignorance isn't an excuse. Murder is a word in the headline. KNOCK IT OFF!

This is why I call you a lying hypocrite. "I was just asking an innocent question!" No. You said to keep the TB stuff off the other threads. Today. Under this name. Do it. I'm sure that they didn't find viable DNA on Janna, or they would have had results by now. Or they didn't match any known suspects. Move along.

Radell is most probably correct about finding usable DNA the body was dumped in a field and left for quite awhile. I suppose Granny if it makes you feel better there maybe another option.

Suppose with me if you will that police did find DNA on Ms. Kellys body that matched 100% the DNA of oh let's just say some ward of the state residing in Ionia. This unnamed person is not in a position to harm anyone else in public again. He is certainly not going anywhere except in the back of a hearse. Suppose this irrefutable evidence was shown to the family of Ms. Kelly and they were asked "what would you like us to do?" "We can try this person again for the murder of your loved one." "We will easily win conviction with the evidence we have" "This will be an incredibly painful ordeal for you as the details of the horror faced by loved one are trotted out in court." "At the conclusion of this trial, this miserable excuse for a human will receive not a single day of additional sentence time." "or" "We can hold on to this evidence." There is no staute of limitations on capital crimes like murder. "We can just hold on to this evidence." "If something happens and somehow this person has his previous convition overturned, we can then use this evidence to put him back where he belongs." "In the meantime you as a family have the satisfaction of knowing that the person responsible for this murder will rot behind bars."

What would you do?

Of course I don't know anything but I'm just saying...

If they were to try that person, on that charge, that conviction would need to be overturned separately. So that logic is beside the point.
Also, I know enough of the people around Janna Kelly that that information would have leaked out it it were the case.
I'm asking you not to answer Granny, especially on this thread. If you want to talk to her on one of the actual TB threads, go for it. But please leave this one alone out of respect for Janna Kelly and her family.

I don't care. It was appropriate to discuss for just a moment that the two cases were looked at to see if they were related. Beyond that it's inappropriate to talk about Troy here.
Oops sorry I should have read back a little ways to find the rules.

I will not discuss Mr. Brake in your thread again. My apollogizes.

Stop. You asked that before. There have been no announcements in the media that there was any DNA found on Janna Kelly. You are a horrible person to keep digging at the wound of an innocent family and friends for your sick agenda. Stop.

I am not trying to deepen the wound to the family of Ms. Kelly. I just had an innocent question that I dont have answer for. All the posters on here think that just because I ask a question about anythin it has to do with proving Troys guilt. It was just a simple question that is all.

Radell, I understand your frustration and anger. Jana worked in the same industry as I, and I had the pleasure of meeting her at several computer user group meetings, but you can't stop people from posting as upsetting as it may be.

Some people are just flat out rude and care for no one but themselves sad to say.

I understand what you are saying, anyone who murders a person as visicially[sp] as the Zimmers and Ms Brown were needs to set in jail for the rest of his life, butlets put it this way. This unnamed person who resides in Ionia turns out to be innocent after all the several years he spent in prison, how would you feel if you were this incarcerated person were your family memberand was truely innocent and lost many years of his life and also of his childrens lives. How would that make you feel?

I met Janna several times, and was a customer of her agency. Often times this sick individual, Granny,Twiggy, Jacelyn, whoever she is will go away if ignored. As long as you let her have the last word. There is rude, and there is deliberately cruel. She is worse than all of bunnee's personalities together.

HF, wouldnt the officials let the family of the person that is a ward of the state know if there was a match between him and Ms.Kelly?

I don't think it is just bunne's personalities. I think many have jumped in on the bunny train. You can tell by how they speak, words and phrases here and there. Just my opionion, but what I think.

I really do hope they find Jana's killer and put them away. I also would like to know why. Take care.
