Muskegon attorney Terry Nolan slapped with 'double penalty,' drug charge for alleged cocaine use
Muskegon defense attorney Terry Nolan has been charged with a drug-related misdemeanor that could potentially land him in prison due to his past drug convictions, according to the Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office.

Although I have sympathy for the struggle of addiction and wish Terry Nolan the best. I hope he will be treated as any other Muskegon resident when it comes to our justice system. He should not be penalized because of his position nor should he recieve special treatment. I think his case should be taken outside of Muskegon county. Preferably, further away like Grand Rapids.
