I'm sorry, but I can't believe what she is saying. I don't want to think that way, but it's just with having the evidence of finger prints at the sceen and she changing her story, it seems a little odd. I know it would be hard, but if I knew my husband, child, etc committed a crime like this, I would not lie. I would do what I could to support them, listen to them and love them, but lie no. I could not imagine the guilt I would feel for the family that was going through this, knowing I lied.
yea but your husbands family does not include people that could, would and probably have killed if you stepped out of line and did not do everything asked to keep him out of prison, poor woman was so scared she almost turned white....

On one of the armed robbery trials that I sat as a juror, the defendant's girlfriend took the stand and claimed that he was at home doing the nasty with her during the time of the robbery. Too bad for him that cell phone records had him talking to a co-conspirator a couple of minutes before the robbery confirming the other suspect's testimony that he had called him to the scene and to bring his gun.

Peers only if you can change the venue for the trial from Grand Haven which seems unlikely.
