Too many stories are changing. I'ld guess that the department of corrections will soon have one more burden. I'm thankful I'm not on this jury.

But what are they going to do if you lie in court? How can you tell? Just because you swear in, really doesn't mean anything. This is an (unfortunate, but still) interesting story.

Well theres your shadow of a doubt ladies and gentlemen of the jury.

This really chafes my @$$. Over and over its always one of two stories....1) I wasn't there and didn't do it, here is another liar to support my lie, walk away and repeat cycle or 2) Commit crime, sentenced, released early, repeat.

I would so seriously pose as an elderly woman, disabled person, whatever, for the chance to lure someone like this and have the opportunity to do what our judicial system refuses to. I can only wonder if I am the only one that feels this way.

I'm sorry, but I can't believe what she is saying. I don't want to think that way, but it's just with having the evidence of finger prints at the sceen and she changing her story, it seems a little odd. I know it would be hard, but if I knew my husband, child, etc committed a crime like this, I would not lie. I would do what I could to support them, listen to them and love them, but lie no. I could not imagine the guilt I would feel for the family that was going through this, knowing I lied.

I hope like holy hell that this jury does not fall for yet another liar,I really hope your wrong Mama0709, It will be a bunch of bs if they get off, I really hope the jury is smarter than that. I will keep my fingers crossed in hoping for a guilty verdict in this horrible case.
