and is the wifey getting a perjury charge, as she did lie on the stand as to her husbands where abouts the day of the murders? Maybe some justice after all?

How about no deals, just because you snitch on your brother don't make you a good guy now. Lock them both up until they are very old.

I'm sure he intentionally wrote the letter knowing jail officials could view them...or the person who received it would turn it in as 'evidence'. Yes I'm sure he had no intensions of robbing the place. (sarcasm) You can tell they are blood related...

This guy is a piece of work. The world owes him...

He was 'just' there...WITH A GUN. Of course he knew there was going to be a robbery. Why else did they bring the 'junk' jewelry AND a gun? They had this planned and they knew what they were doing. They may not have expected the second man, but they did not go there for the scrap jewelry.

Hope they find him as guilty as his brother.
