Catholics accepting of married priests

There are few women who can say they are married to a Roman Catholic priest. And few people who can say their dad is the man whom Catholic churchgoers address formally as 'Father Steve' ...

It's also a fact that they must become celibate after ordination to the RCC.

That's not a fact at all; these married Episcopal priests received permission to obtain a waiver to the RC requirement of celibacey: this waiver is actually available to all RC priests, but it's not often granted.

It's quite obvious after spending over 2 billion that thousands of priests didn't feel it necessary to request a waiver.
