"Closed Because Of Utter Stupidity" should have read the headline. And these fools are running schools? No wonder we get the terrible results that we do.

you do people do realize the swine flu is just a different version of the regular winter flu. It is not any deadlier, does not require hospital stays, nothing different. On any given winter school day, i bet a good dozen or so kids have the flu. Will they shut the schools down then?

Give me a break.....

Waste of time and money.

Fire Adley - double standard d-bag! His kid can f-up with no consequences, everyone else has to deal with the Granby PD.

Over paid and underqualified.

This is getting dumber by the day. The school has been closed for five days now and cleaned like crazy. The 300 or so children may be quarantined at home - but I doubt it. What sort of incubation time does this H1M1 Flu have? Is there any reason to keep the school closed even if the child does have this strain of the virus? And don't blame Addley for this one, the parents in town would string him up if he did not over-react in just this manner.
