There was another shooting of two women infront of miyankos and they were shot from close range so they would have have to know the person who killed them

he was at the granbury beach with a bunch of ppl there he hit his head nd drowned

Maybe the people didn't see him go under or hit his head as you say. Maybe he had a underlying health issue that caused him to become tired and go under? Those are things most people cannot answer. Its a sad situation, but i'm sure if someone saw him begin to struggle or need help, someone would have gave him a hand. The signs clearly state there was no life-guard on duty.

Perhaps when he hit his head, he was underwater, and no one saw him. Then he drowned, because being underwater, he couldn't breath. Jesse was loved by everyone, but he couldn't be seen.
