Let's take a look at why Hummel did it in the first place. Was she cheating? Did she try to shoot him at one time?

Actually, all the information is in the federal court document, including the reason why Ed Hummel "did it." All of that was deemed irrelevant, and the very end of the document has the most important information: F. Cortez "Chip" Bell is an ineffective attorney. I keep forgetting you can't read.

Now, you are accusing Bell of taking instruction based on outsiders best interests when defending his client, to intentionally blow a case. Well, you are finally learning how this DA's office works. It doesn't matter what witnesses say. What's best for Bill Shaw, that's the question. Ask that girl that sent the naked pictures of herself how that case ended after Shaw tried to make it a public spectacle. Seems it kinda backfired on him.

That's in the court documents. Learn to read.

Don't recall seeing that in the newspapers. He was after all tried in the media before he was tried in court. I guess that information wasn't given to the press.

If you run a Google search on "F. Cortez Bell and A. Wallace Tashima" you will find a PDF of the ruling giving Ed Hummel another trial. The court also deems Bell incompetent.

The information that you are looking for is also in the document.
