OSHA is a joke. People are killed and then they run in and impose fines. I have dealt with the morons.
But, they ar so over worked and just don't have enough people to do a good job.(They can drink lots of coffee and down the dough nuts)

OSHA Cites Gramercy Plant
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Imperial Sugar Company for various violations totaling $36,000 in penalties at its plant here, company officials said Monday.
