How sad, this is or was the house that was owned by Pastor Jerry Baldwin of New Living Word Ministry. This is truly a bad thing. This just gives the folks at Ruston's First Baptist Church the confirmation of their past concerns. This house is a half way house for the homeless, and those coming off drugs. FBC was concerned about the type of people this house would have near their downtown church. Seems like the best place for this type ministry building would be in a rural setting.
