It's probably a case where she bought a house she can't afford and is using the race track as an excuse.

TO HELL EVERYONE WHO HAD A HAND IN KCIR'S DEMISE. A bunch of damn complainers who bought houses next to the track after the track was already there and operating, AND THEN had the nerve to bitch to city hall about the noise.
I hope and pray anyone and everyone who helped the track get shut down gets raped day in and day out by a gorilla.

I invite anyone claiming that there is no way you can hear the track to come over and sit in my basement with the windows closed and ac on and listen in. It is incredibly loud. I live well over five miles away north of duncan and it is easily heard roaring through my walls.

Yes, some of you are right the track was there before I moved in. We should have researched the neighborhood first? Do your own homework, the track isn't in the middle of the subdivision(the noise is not limited to the woodbury division) its well away from my house and I was not aware of it, not was i informed of it by the realtor. I guess I should have made it a point to visit the house I wanted to buy during the race season at 11 pm when I had previously been planning on sleeping. I can also imagine all us homeowners and our personal property taxes we all pay together bring in gobs more money than the race track does so correct me if im wrong, but I believe we should have a voice as well.

Come out here and hear it, or better yet try to get your kids to sleep with it going on.

Its time to stop the complaining! I also live north of Duncan and yes we can hear the track but it is not that loud, you can hear a roar but its not as loud as some people are making it seem. With the A/C on its not heard at all, so why don't all you whiners find something serious to complain about because theres a whole lot bigger issues to worry about!!!

CJ, it is fine that you have a differing opinion but please don't blatinly lie and say you can't hear it. I will stop complaining when I can get some sleep.
