Why is there nobody charged yet?
What is wrong with our court system to let a person who amitted to the killing go free.
It's been almost 3 months and he is still walking free.
If anybody thinks that we are going to let this go, they are wrong WE WILL NOT STOP TILL WE HAVE SOME ANSWERS.

Growing up you are tawt that crime doesn't pay and to obay the laws of the land and to beleave in the court system. But when you have something like this happen and the system is failing to charge this person with murder, what should we as people of the USA trust? The court system or Police system I Think Neather In This Case Because They Both Have Falled And Not Just In MO But Other States Like IA.

This case smells, first of all they held the guy for 48 hours let him go even though he confessed to killing someone then debated charging him because he may have made a confession under the influence now no charges at all what a surprise. Grain Valley law enforcement you are pathetic in this town if you shoot someone and admit it your ass is going to jail and you can argue self defense at your trial that is what a judge and jury is about. I hope this matter is taken to the full extent possible and law enforcement is held responsible for they're ignorance and incompetence

According to your state law it is a felony to shoot someone while intoxicated. The shooter was at a bar, that pretty much is a clue that the shooter could have been intoxicated. So why isn't this person initially charged with at least that. How can this person claim self defense if he had time to walk back to his truck to get his gun. This person was obviously not in iminent danger as the law states is a requirement for such a defense. This person was shot 3 times, twice in abdomen and once in the back of the head. After the 1st 2 shots, it was obviously no longer self defense. How is shooting someone in the back of the head considered self defense? Obviously the prosecuters need to reread their own state law.
