Medina County property owners will see bump in property taxes
Medina County property tax bills are expected to be mailed by next week. When they're received, most property owners will see an increase in their taxes, according to County Auditor Michael Kovack.

How about collecting on the property taxes from people who have not paid in two years? Hardship? One person I know is two years behind, the only hardship is her bailing her lazy boyfriend out of jail all the time. How much money is sitting there on past due taxes, two years is just ridiculous to let people not pay! Or making tiny payments so they can post bail or go on trips.
The Medina Schools want their levy, this isn't going to help their cause for passage!
Our values are still going down despite what the auditor would like people to believe, the banks are sitting on these foreclosures and letting them run down, that's why you don't see it.
