Neil Jalowiec was murdered by a man previously convicted of three or more drunken driving violations. Did these law enforcement agencies take the time to report this Mexican national to ICE ? Did ICE refuse to pick him up, so that he could be deported ?

If Emelio had been reported to ICE and deported, he never would have caused the terrible traffic accident. The accident that resulted in Neil's death.

Perhaps we can ask our law enforcement agencies to improve ?
