I've known this man and his family a long time and this action would be so way out of character for him. I hope and pray the Jury can see the truth.

Any adult, especially a teacher who would use the position of power to prey on an innocent child deserves the worst possible outcome. I hope they make an example of this monster.

I am so glad to see that this guy got off. I rally believe that the truth has come out. It is very troubling that young girls can do this to people and try to distroy a persons life.

Justice in D.C.- get a life! The jury came back with a unanimous not guilty verdict. Obviously there is no example to be made as this guy is NOT a monster!

i'm not suprise if that mineralwells teen busted a move on the coach first. i know a few girls that live in mineral wells that i use to be friends with ..and they had some stories. kids now days....sigh

You "hope the jury doesn't see anything", like the truth???? One of the jurors was even a friend to this girls father and he still voted the guy innocent. He "deserved" to be found innocent and be free.

If she had no reason to lie why was she caught in a lie. Why did she lie that another man did this to her at a library several years ago and then admitted that she lied. Oh I believe the AD and others were caught in lies as well. One word....EVIDENCE!!!

First of all...the stuff about the library incident was never allowed into the trial. She wanted it to be allowed because she wanted to tell them that she never denied it happening. Never once did she tell anyone that she lied about it happening. In fact, to this day if someone asked her about it, she would tell you it did happen. As for his teaching records...well, I guess no one else had the guts to turn him in. But I would say disappearing with a two girls in a cemetery at 10 at night, while a bus full of other girls are waiting and parents are waiting for their kids at the school would be frowned upon...As for them catching the DA in a lie...not sure what you mean about that, but if you want to talk about lies, let's talk about his claim that he wasn't at school on the day she claimed he kissed her...the DA proved he was lying with the absentee reports that HE filled out and SIGNED! I don't know where you get your info, but you might want to find another source.

Oh, yeah...and as for EVIDENCE: What about the piece of paper that he wrote "b-room, which 1" on? Seriously, which makes more sense: he was quizzing her about where the ark of the covenant was kept, and she didn't understand what he was asking. So, to make it more clear, he wrote it down. But he didn't write "Which back room was it kept in?", no he had to make it really clear by writing "b-room, which 1"
OR...maybe her story makes more sense: He had her draw a map of her house, and he wrote "b-room, which 1" to ask her which one was her bedroom, but he didn't want to say it out loud because other people would have been able to hear....Hmmm, that's a tough one, I wonder which makes more sense...
