A few individuals have a polarized view of shale development in the Marcellus/Utica fairways. To them it's all good or all bad. How many things in life fit that description? FIRE? If your home catches fire, if you stick your hand in it ... it's BAD! If it keeps you warm and cooks your food, it's GOOD! One could make the same type of comparisons about sunshine, drugs, rain, etc.. A meeting will be held on January 18th in Little Valley, 6:30 @ the American Legion. Its focus will be informational on the many aspects of safely developing these shales while maintaing maximum control of surface and sub-surface acreage, and how to achieve FAIR compensation. Look for ads in area papers annoucing this event.
