Yes, and that wonderful lady is gone and you sit here and run her son down. No matter what he was she lost HER mother too, and then her son to jail. Have some common sense. Don't air your dirty laundry on here and speak for people that can't fight back. He did what he did and is now paying for it for many years. Let it go.

Me running her son down has nothing to do with her. It was him who commited the crimes which he was convicted of. Do you really think that i am gonna talk good about him after he killed an innocent woman because of his problems with drugs. He obviously didn't feel like he was guility of it or he would not have appealed his sentence. He thought that he would walk like he always has when he gets in trouble. But, this time it didn't happen for once. and i am very pleased with the outcome. We live with it everyday of our lives and will live with it as long as we are alive. My mother was about family and we were all very close to her and he took that away from all of us. If he would have gotten help with his problems many years ago, maybe him and none of us would have gone through this.

THE sherrif finds out, gives drunk deputy an open container ticket.
County board finds out, starts an investigation asks THE sherrif wtf were you thinking not arresting the deputy for dwi?

You brought her into it. I was talking about him. You are the one that first put her up on this post not me. It was all about him. Would you really talk good about someone who killed your mother even if it was family? He did the crime not nobody else.

No. I wouldn't. My family would already be broken beyond repair most likely and I sure as heck wouldn't run him into the ground some more when he got a lengthy sentence and his Mom passed while he was in there. She didnt agree with your whole family togetherness of his sentence so you can't speak for her. I'd leave it be. I understand the loss of a parent, but airing it on here is just wrong.

So where should people express thier dislike of a POS like him. I say to speak loudly and often. Make sure you go to all his future parole hearings, make sure you send him weekly gifts like pictures of her when she was alive. Send him things he needs like a tube of KY once a month. Make his life hell, as it should be.

His life will be hell. We will continue to go to any court proceedings like parole hearings and court hearings if he decides to appeal it. I am not speaking for nobody but myself. He couldn't even express sympathy for what he had done before he got sentenced originally. If he had any, he was given time to express it. If he didn't want to express it to us, he could have at least expressed it to his grandfather in the court room. I hope that his life in prison is fucken hell after what he has put this family through.

There a lot of friend of the police who have had accidents covered up by calling them at home too. I know of many. Tseko take the cake though as his was well voiced and he still go away with it. Then we are supposed to hold police at a high level? The village police are a joke, well some of them.

So you hear about the exmilitary, fired lapd cop? He vowed to bring " nonconventional and asymetrical warfare to all who wear an lapd uniform"
Sounds like the hypocracy has gotten out of hand over there.

That is just how they do it when it comes to sentencing them. They look at your past history. Michael walked away with doing no time for crimes he had done. And then this time he gave him time. The family keep calling the state troopers to push for charges to be filed against him and the whole family attended every court date mike had. We even wrote victim impact statements for the judge to take into consideration when michael got sentenced. The family as a whole pushed it to make sure michael paid for what he did to our mother.

Maybe because it was an accident. He wasn't doing anything wrong to cause him to be distracted or hit her. Bad things happen, it doesn't mean the kid should pay the rest of his life for an actual honest accident. I'm not saying I know details, I don't, but that's the only logical explanation for no charges being brought up.

" he didn't do anything wrong for him to be distracted or hit her" you are an idiot, being behind the wheel, and being distracted in general was wrong..if you are not responsible to keep your eyes on the road not endanger innocent people then dont drive a car. you don't know details I will give you some. That section of road is a complete straight away for miles, so how long was he innocently distracted to hit her at 60 mph while she was at a complete stop making a turn.A COMPLETE STOP, hit at impact, 60 mph He should fucking pay, or been the one to die. if I was simply playing with my radio,or day dreaming and hit your child ,that's "doing nothing wrong but being distracted " are you still gonna okay with it? I'll say "oops sorry, bad things happen".

Actually yes, I would. Because we all do it. We all turn the radio, or grab something that's dropped on the floor, eat, drink, look at a deer in a meadow or a thousand other things that take our eyes off the road a few seconds at a time. I feel awful for the family, both of them actually. I don't know the details and don't pretend to know. Call me an idiot all day long but accidents do happen, and the kid wasn't charged in an over a year investigation for a reason.

He was on drugs retard and had been drinking that's plenty wrong and that's not an accident that's a choice he chose to kill someone by choosing to drive
