The improvements I see listed are grand. I only have a few questions.
1. Where did the original money go for the Broadband in the Clifton/Fine area. I know of NO citizen that has it, as of yet.
2. The rail should be expanded into a more than mono-use (papermill and business) and look at getting tom transportation of "citizens" to and from Watertown and other areas.
3. I went for a ride the other day and when I looked at the smaller, especially southern SLC, I did not see a single house that was not in some dis-repair.
4. What is happening to the money we already have or will pay in taxes that goes toward these projects?(like school repair/needs)

The Gouverneur Times ran another article about the rail service a couple weeks ago.. talking about how the State is using its own funds and the stimulus funds to expand high-speed rail lines from NY up the Albany-Montreal corridor for passenger service but as nice as it would be, I don't see the north country in general getting more passenger rail service any time soon
What a joke

Analysis and more paralysis on the disbursement of stimulus funds locally; we need to spend more taxpayer dollars on municipal, town, and county studies, studies, and more studies. Why? so local gov't entities can suck off 10 percent administrative fees. So, taxpayers can fund more bs make work projects funneled to relatives (to the 6th degree) of public officials. I hear Cleatus from Ogdensburg is looking to suck up some funds.

Money spent on food stamps, and unemployment, and saving over-priced teacher positions in school districts graduating 85 kids. What a joke indeed!
