OUVERNEUR A second man has been charged with a burglary in Gouverneur Wednesday.

State police charged Gregory B. Fifield, 25, with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent Thursday.

Troopers also report they have charged him with felony aggravated unlicensed operation and two misdemeanors, second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree obstructing governmental administration in connection with an incident reported to state police Sunday, along with having no license and failing to report an address change to DMV.

if you have no license..why would you report an address change to the dmv? and why would they even want you to?....typical when the case is weak...throw all the shit at you they can...see what sticks.

It's not a question of want to, but have to. He had a license once, but it was suspended. Even with an ID, you still need to report an address change to the DMV. Bottom line, he was caught driving and shouldn't have been driving to begin with.

Yo GOOFY MORON. He was charged with Felony AUO, that means driving on a suspended license. If you have ever had one or have a NY State ID issued by DMV you have to report address changes.

Boy are you STUPID, and you can't read either.

yes if he had a license and it happen to be suspended but not expired or revoked you are right or if he had a valid DMV issued ID...but the story says he had no license..if you have no license..you do not have to report an address change..hell there are people who dont even have an address..doesnt change the fact you will not see him convicted of everything hes charged with..my bottom line...they simply threw all the shit at him they could hopping some will stick

you are a very angry and insecure little man arent you ron..and dont know quite as much as you think you do.

felony auo is first degree auo..meaning he is accused of either driving on a license with 10 or more suspensions or a revoked license...now you go find where it says anyone who has no license has to report to the dmv an address change ..further more you go find where the law states you even have to have an address.

and follow up on the case..when its all done take a look at what he actualy gets convicted of.
