To The Owner Of The Chocolate Lab..

To: Looking for Love;
You're a glib human being. The owner, DCO and GPD have left me with no choice. None of them care so I am left to protect my dog the only way I can.

To: Caleb Johanson;
I did. I grabbed a 7 iron from my gold bag that I happen to store in my garage which is on my way out to where I chain my dog up and I belted the son of a bitch in the back of the head with it. I can't believe he got up but he did. If he made it home I'll be even more surprised. I hit him with everything I had. Hopefully the owner incurs some hefty vet bills and in turn, understands that letting their dog suddenly has become THEIR problem. Not mine.

laws that say in ny state you have to report it or you can be arrested and fined
You do have to report it, but as ell as that, there is a leash law in New York as well! So with that being said, if you hit a dog any damage to your vehicle the owner of the dog is responsible, as well as if a dog gets loose and cause damage to anyone else property including another dog, the dog causing the damage owner is responsible for any and all damages as well! I do not believe in animal cruelty of any kind, but unfortunately in the world we live in, some dog owners make their dogs viscous, so we have to protect what we have and own, further more we have the right to as well! With that being said I do believe the man had the right to protect what belonged to him, even though it was another dog. If my dog, child or anything else that I have was getting hurt or damaged by any other animal I would protect what is mine first, wouldn't you! So Daddy I do agree with you, protect what is yours!

Your patially correct, you have the right to protect your dog if its being attacked. Not only that, you have the right under the dangerous dog section of AG & Mkt laws to force the police to do something about the dog.

Where your wrong is saying the owner is responsible for damage to your car.

I am pretty sure that when I hit a dog and it did damage to my truck, I got out the dog ran off, Called the police they came out and issued the owner of the dog a ticket and they were responsible for the busted light lens on my truck and did pay for a new one, just to let you know!

It cant be your fault for hitting a dog that is running loose. By law dogs are to be tied or on a leash when outside of their homes. If they get hit it is the owners fault. Remember not everyone loves Your dog. Keep them under control. Don't let them be a burden to those that don't own them.

Its amazing that you people even can read. Not every town/village has a leash law. Even then a dog doesn't need to be tied up all the time.

Well, the Village of Gouverneur does and that's where this particular issue is being discussed. I think you're the one who needs to bone up on your reading comprehension skills.

Daddy claims to have hit dog with golf club . Sick freak in Alabama that that grabbed that child beat his neighbors dog to death and they said this should have sent up flags. If you know who daddy is watch your children. Flags should be going up.

The Chocolate Lab with an orange collar is out loose again this morning. I heard my dog who was tied up in my yard, howling in distress. I looked out the window to see the lab on top of my dog.
My advice to the owner of the chocolate lab. Take your dog to the vet. I beat him mercilessly.
you are a sick-o just like that freak in Alabama that kidnaped that little boy and killed the bus driver. he beat the neighbors dog and it died, something wrong with your head, if you complained to dco and the police they'd do something, are you to lazy to pick up the phone and call them everyday until they do something?
