If That Was Your Parent Bet You Wouldnt Be Saying This Though Right,

Paul was my Brother-in-Law and as close to me as a brother. His Daughter's are my neices & I love them like my own children. They know this was an accident and have forgiven Tyler and stand beside him. Do they miss their father? Absolutely it is heartbreaking to lose a parent too soon, I know this for a fact, but they do not blame Tyler.

So to answer your question yes I would still say this as Paul's daughters would as well. An accident is an accident and deserves no blame. Tyler blames his self enough for everyone. Think for a minute how he must feel & what he is dealing with and remember only God can judge.

Matt, you will never learn will you. You always want to blame the other person for you screwing up.

Why don't you move out of the area and maybe, just maybe you can stay out of Jail.

Actually Staci a "sister-in-law" people do get charged with manslaughter during car accidents... && no one is saying he did it on purpose. But just because he didnt do it on purpose doesn't mean it wasn't carelessness. It is drilled in your head during Hunter Safety course.'No such thing as hunting accidents just carelessness ALWAYs make sure you KNOW what you're shooting at BEFORE you shoot!" Its the main thing they teach you when you take that course... you never shoot at a noise or a rustle in the brush/trees. You make sure you see the deer/turkey or whatever you're hunting before you shoot! Its carelessness to shoot at something and not know EXACTLY what you're shooting at. Been hunting for 32 years n still no "accidents"...

Glad to see the judge did his job. Prison won't bring back Paul and its something Tyler will have to live with always. Justice was served.
