Asheville likely to lose Highway Patrol assets

Yes... this helicopter which we use to give the Chief of Police's son joyrides, I'm sure.

Not sure why the NCSHP needs helo's. For chases? Maybe they can borrow one from WLOS or Mission. Heh heh heh
