I am very disappointed to see that this "Dr. Ted Diet" is a rip off from something similar. Please do some research.

I think that diet, with a doctor's input, if over 25 pounds desired would be best along with more exercise, even if it's only walking. Did you know that you burn off as many calories walking one mile as running one mile? It just takes a little longer. By the way, my sister got me a talking scale for Christmas, I got on it, and it said, "One person at a time please" LOL, maybe I need to try this diet too.

Number one if everyone in the world who was over weight ate right they would loose that much weight in a week. And number two if you exercised like we all should 4 times or more a week we would all loose that much weight. I can't see anyone spending that much money on a hoax like this. Do it your self and you will see the same results and you will feel better about your self. Also you will make good habits that will keep you skinny the rest of your life and not gain it back like you would with this diet. Please do your research before staring something as crazy as this.

Looks like this doctor is trying to make money off of stupid people. Come one people get up off the couch and exercise along with eating right.

No, Dr. TED is not a real doctor. It is an acronym for the program. There are at least 26 doctors across the U.S. who are administering this diet. It is true everyone could benefit from eating right and exercising, but sometimes people need a kick start. This did it for me. The diet also offers a maintenance eating plan after you have achieved your weight loss goal, so that you know what kinds of foods to choose to maintain your weight.

Question???? The doctor here says you don't have to even exercise, but as a doctor he should be telling his patients to exercise. What about the health benefits of exercising? Oh wait this is really good for business.......

The doctor does tell you to exercise, but many people are looking for a quick fix without exercising...truth be known. He can't make people exercise, but the program does suggest it. He is simply telling the truth that even if you don't exercise, you will lose significant weight on this diet.
