Visit www.Bossmantalk.com for a place to vent a be heard by other CO's from around the country. This is a new, free site, that allows you to discuss your opinions, views, complaints, and other issues at length with other folks who make a living behind the fence.

I have checked into leave policies for Fathers.Mothers may take up to 12weeks off with pay.Fathers 2weeks payed time any time after that you must ask permission to be off NO PAY!!.This is a form of DESCRIMINATION that the Dept. OF Corrections has a policy covering.Men have no rights no say so or a chance to bond with their children. But are chastized for not being apart of Family Life.Let's get together to make a change. We fathers of the Dept. of Corrections are reaching out to anyone who can help.

Why would the Governor trim money from the budget that had a surplus of over 600million furlough Dept.employees close prisons yet take tax money to give prison inmates the best medical care its employees no raises for 5years rising health care prices. No warning no explanation to creditors as to why State Employees bill payments will be late or not at all

Daily Horoscope for January 8

Leo

Why are you still fighting, Leo? Everyone else went home a long time ago, but you're still here pounding your fists on the table. Although you don't want to admit it, accepting defeat may be your most practical option at this point. Sometimes it's just easier to move on than to keep up the fight. When you're forced to restructure, at least you have a chance to redefine. YouÕl get the opportunity to start with a clean slate, so use it to your advantage.
