Civil War experts speak at Old Governor's Mansion

Barry L. Brown and Gordon R. Elwell, co-authors of Crossroads of Conflict, will sign copies of their book from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday in the education building of the Old Governor's Mansion on Clarke Street.
